William Holly is a seasoned real estate developer and investor, known for his visionary leadership in Miami’s commercial real estate scene. As the founder and president of Patton Real Estate, he has over Over Three Decades of industry experience and has led the development and management of numerous Class A office buildings across Coral Gables, Brickell, and Miami Beach.
A Coral Gables native, William began his career with the Codina Bush Group before holding executive roles at Cushman & Wakefield. In 2002, he founded Holly Real Estate, where he championed sustainable development, including Miami’s first green LEED-certified office building. Recognized as the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ in 2007, William continues to be a leader in the field, shaping the future of Miami’s real estate landscape.
